What are Processing Points?
Processing Points are usage units that allow you to use PDF Ninja Tools document-processing services. Different tools may require different numbers of Points depending on the processing involved.
Are Processing Points money?
No. Processing Points are only used to access PDF Ninja Tools services. They are not money, electronic money, virtual currency, cryptocurrency, or stored monetary value, and they cannot be withdrawn, transferred to another user, or redeemed for cash.
Do Processing Points expire?
Processing Points currently do not expire and remain available in your account until they are used, subject to the Terms & Conditions.
Is a subscription required?
No. PDF Ninja Tools is pay-as-you-go — Points are only used when you process a file.
Do I need an account?
Only after your first free use of a tool. Sign-up takes seconds and you keep your remaining free document plus any Processing Points you purchase.
How are payments handled?
Securely via our payment processor. We accept Visa and Mastercard. You'll see a receipt for every Processing Points purchase in your account history.
Can I get a refund?
Processing Points are non-refundable once used. Refund eligibility relates to the original purchase transaction and is subject to our Refund Policy — email info@pdfninjatools.com and we'll help.
